Iu2019ve never had a better Urgent Care experience. From the front desk worker who registered me, the employee who gathered my injury information, the doctor who saw me and the technician who took my X-rays, they were all very competent and friendly. They worked together at a good pace, and my visit was much shorter than expected. They were a top-notch team.

We had a great experience with this urgent care. Iu2019m home visiting for the holiday and unfortunately my 13 year old son came down with a cough and high fever. I called and explained I was from out of town and my son came down with something to see if they would be willing to take us in, even though they were closing in 15 minutes. They said they would if I could get there. We walked in at 7:25pm and were greeted and treated great, not rushed or an inconvenience. They were able to diagnose what he had and had him feeling better before we even walked out by 8pm. Iu2019m very thankful for them tonight and would go back again if needed!

I was given a short >15 minute window to get my TB test done at saginaw county health department. I was supposed to get it read on a friday but could not make it before the TB reading room was closed. i was told that if I could not make it that I could get the test read at Med Express. So i came here. Just want to make it clear that I am a physicain assistant and I have taken plenty of these. I am taking a class and we were all unaware that we needed a 2 step TB test. So i just needed a second one.nnI called them just to comfirm that I could get it read there. they said yes but it is past the window so they said my employer may not except it. I said that it is still within the 48-72 hour window it is just that the health department closed before I could get it read and I only had a >15 minute window. lady on the phone seemed to not care and was kinda unpleasant.nnSo i went in to get it read they seemed a little annoyed that i was there. They did not really print anything out for me just signed a slip saying the results were negative. also saying on the slip that it was past the window. again...still within the 48-72hr window needed to get it read.nnI do not live in saginaw county, I just wanted a TB as quickly as possible for my class and my class is 1 mile away from the health department so i decided to go there. they may or may no accept the test, if not I am just going to get it through my work. The whole process between the health department and MedExpress was very unpleasant and difficult just for a simple TB test. Hence why I would not live or work for hospitals in saginaw county.

Took my baby there and they told me she had an upper respiratory infection but she was fine even though she wasnu2019t eating and cried all the time. They didnu2019t test her for anything didnu2019t look in her ears. The next morning I called the pediatrician office and took her there. She had a double ear infection and RSV. What a shame. Too bad they donu2019t listen to mothers that know their children best.
