From the moment I walked into the lobby to the time I exited, the service at this urgent care facility was truly impeccable. The receptionist was warm and communicative, keeping me informed about when I would be seen. The nurse demonstrated excellent bedside manner while checking my vitals and asking preliminary questionsu2014making me feel at ease and well cared for. The doctor was both knowledgeable and attentive, clearly explaining my diagnosis and outlining the next steps for treatment. I felt seen, heard, and well-supported throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

Great experience. The lady at the front desk was very nice and efficient. The Doctor and Nurse were incredible. I was the last patient and they took their time, really helped me with my problem and I never felt rushed. I would definitely use them again. One of the best Urgent Care visits I've ever had.

We had a good experience. We were vacationing visiting Six Flags and my oldest daughter had started complaining of a sore throat and was getting worse. So I googled local urgent care clinics near by and this one had the highest rating. Staff were very friendly and down to earth. The Receptionist helped us get checked in quickly, even though we were from another state. The MA, think her name was Ashley, was great getting vitals etc. The NP Felicia was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We even had to call them after we left to get the prescription transferred to another pharmacy because the CVS up the Road closed well before 7PM for whatever reason (said 11pm on there website was why we sent it there) and Felicia transferred quickly so my daughter could get her meds while we were in that area. Okay so it's interesting that they have such a high rating of reviews here. One of the things I will say is that when I went in and got an x-ray they were very efficient toward getting it done. What is really interesting though is that about six months ago (I am in April 2025 now for reference) I went in to attempt to see someone. It was middle of the weekday, and no one was inside. I had zero clue what was going on, but found it super odd that they didn't have anyone in there even when I booked an appointment.

Iu2019ve never been the type to leave reviews unless i feel like Iu2019ve been treated poorly. So Iu2019ve been to this location a few times, I booked an appointment online ahead of time for 7:30pm like I always do just to be called while on my way to my appointment to ask me if I could re-schedule my appointment for tomorrow morning because there was a personal emergency and the office needed to close early. I explained to the person on the phone that no I could not reschedule and that this appointment was important because my daughter was in pain due to a possible ear infection. My appointment was for 7:30pm and my eta was 6:45pm only because I had to pick my daughter up from a family members home due to school being out. She then proceeded to tell me that they should be able to see me still. Then I received another text saying the office has closed at 6:30pm shortly after speaking to someone on the phone. They then called me and told me they closed and transferred me to another location out of my way but the location they transferred me to were amazing and quick!!!! I will never go back to this location in Mableton because it seems like lately thereu2019s always an issue and it honestly feels like they simply did not want to see my daughter so that they could go home early. I understand emergencies happen but to close the entire office down due to a personal emergency and canceling appointments was very unprofessional and the way it was communicated very unprofessional. Thank you for the location in Austell they are life savers because my daughter indeed did have an ear infection.
