Dr. Hancock gets a 5. The old woman at the front desk has got to be one of the most ridiculous people I have ever had the displeasure of being around. Iu2019ve been to the office two times, once to get my med card, and another time almost a year later to get a second copy since I lost my first. Both times she was absolutely terrible to deal with. I was actively hoping she would not be there this second time. I will not be coming back again under any circumstances due to her behavior.

I would give them a 5* rating because Dr. Hancock, hands down, is one of the best doctors I have ever had the chance of meeting. Very polite and attentive. However, that old woman at the front desk is about as rude as I ever seen. Not to mention , 4 other people went in front of me who DID NOT have appts. Asked for the email address to the establishment so I could send over some records, she responded rudely, as if she didnu2019t want to tell me. Thatu2019s not good for customer/patient service.

I literally just went here to do a physical and drug screen for a job I was applying for and the FNP , Chris Keese came in my room to do the physical part. He was already on attack mode asking me what medications I take and as I told him he told me he was going to have to fail me and proceeded to do the assessment. So I stopped him and said there's no need to continue this if you're failing me because of the medication. As I was walking out of the room I told him he seemed a little biased and he said and a very loud tone: I CAN NOT LET YOU DRIVE WHILE TAKING (SAID MEDICATION) mind you this was in front of eight other people, six or so being patients two of them being other office staff. This nurse practitioner really just committed a HIPAA violation and exposed My private medical information to people that have no clue who I am. !!!!!!Unprofessional and unethical are an understatement!!!!!!!!

When I found Doctor Hancock, I found a blessing! He is always very attentive and listens to my concerns. He always puts my mind at ease. He encourages me to take care of myself. He has figured out some of my health issues that others wrote off. Dr. Hancock has been nothing but amazing for me and my family. He even deals with my noncompliant husband with Grace. I highly suggest Dr. Hancock! His nurse Heather is amazing! She is always on top of all my needs, answers all my questions, she genuinely cares for her patience. This practice gives me a family feel that I love and appreciate. Keep up the good work guys! We appreciate you guys!!
