Recent visits, this medical facility has never made us feel truly cared for or welcomed. The front desk woman with short hair, for example u2014 when we were sitting in the waiting area, she suddenly burst into an extremely loud and unpleasant laugh for almost 20 seconds. It was shocking and uncomfortable, and though we didnu2019t say anything at the time, we were all stunned and embarrassed. Cold, unwelcoming, and lacking compassion, even toward children. Itu2019s clear theyu2019re unhappy, and unfortunately, they make sure patients feel the same.nOur family has decided to move to a more professional and caring medical facility. If you have good insurance, please donu2019t settle for this place.

Iu2019ve been going here for years now with my kids. Providers and staff are nothing short of amazing. We get such good care here. Iu2019m very happy with the individualized care we get. Iu2019ve had to call them many times after hours and the docs are always pleasant, professional, and helpful. They listen to my endless questions and make me feel at ease.nMany times theyu2019ve gone above and beyond for me and my kids. I canu2019t thank them enough and always refer other parents to them. Anneliese T. has been nothing short of amazing with me and my small child. I've had multiple issues, and she takes her time tackling each one with a plan and/or recommendations. Even after Providence/Kadlec took over I've been pleased. Thank you Anneliese and staff.

Kadlec/Providence, you REALLY screwed this place up! We have one of the best family doctors in town and I canu2019t even get my 3 month old twins in with ANY doctor without it being triaged by the nurse via u201csending a message backu201d that will likely take 2-4 days for response. In turn, Iu2019m told to take them to an urgent care when theyu2019ll tell me to follow up with our primary and to go to them next time we have an issue. What a jokennAlso havenu2019t received a call from the referral coordinator for a pediatric specialist needed, nor have my MyChart messages been responded to. Takes 1-3 business days, more like 1-3 weeks and nothing still
