Although at first I was so pleased to finally have a REAL MD after years, I almost fell in love.But, right on my reality rock kicked in, thanks mom.Why am i being prescribed the same medication on record I have tried before that does nothing for me?Protical? $$$? IdkNext app, 6 months?I feel it sounds just like, you want? 5 dollar you pay, next, lol.

I had my first appointment at Total Point this morning.I saw Sandy Adams, very nice and easy to talk to.She got right to the point, had a plan and I felt like I was in good hands.So far, so good.It's about time we got a bright spot for our health care needs.I read the reviews and so far they have been pretty much the impression I'm getting.The staff is very friendly and it's been a pleasurable experience so far.

My Total Point Prescott visit was excellent! The staff was very welcoming, responded to numerous questions easily, were very helpful and just plain nice! The facility itself is modern, very clean and pleasant. From check-in to meeting with Dr. Sanchez was with minimal waiting. Dr Sanchez is easy to speak to, asked great questions, responded to all of my questions and took the time to understand my concerns. He repeated back to me my comments and a plan. For a primary care doctor, I felt listened to and really appreciated all the time spent. Although Total Point Prescott is only about 6 months old, they told me they are building other specialties to help service the comminity. All in all, I did not know what to expect and came away feeling really good with more than accomplishing my goals for this visit. I would not hesitate to check them out for yourself!

Desk staff is obscenely lazy. Dr Sanchez (great doctor, will miss him) gave them notes to refer me to two different specialists. The desk staff never sent referrals and have since lost the notes and can't send one without the doctor's note. Then for the third time they have failed to refer my wife to specialists for her extruded spinal disk. Not only are they lazy, but they are rude with an attitude of how dare you interrupt my sitting by making me do my job
