I went in and had four different spinal injections. Staff was great when seeing the doctor he was to say non-interested told me I had to stop one medication in order for him to help me at all and then never returned to my phone calls. Try to get a pain stimulator And I never heard back called my insurance and they said nothing was ever submitted giving you a three star because youu2019re the only place in this town you can go to.

Iu2019m always happy with the care I receive from Julie, PA-C. Sheu2019s worked with me to get my pain under reasonable control and I think , fingers crossed, that weu2019ve achieved this. All of this done with the insurance I have (which isnu2019t great) until I can get in for surgery.nIu2019d highly recommend the providers at Wateru2019s Edge to anyone with back pain. My follow up visit with Dr. Kim was very frustrating. I didn't feel like he really cared why I was there and what I was trying to tell him. He seemed to have his own agenda and in the end there was no real discussion of what my needs were and no prescription was ever sent to pharmacy. Now I have to wait a month to talk to John who at least listens to what I'm trying to discuss.

I have been a patient at Water's Edge for at least 14 years. Dr. Kwon has been my doctor the whole time and I wouldn't trade him for anything. There are plenty ofnphysicians and physician's assistants to help you. I suggest you try this place fornPain control. It is one of the best in Yakima.

The office Staff and doctors at Wateru2019s edge are very knowledgeable and compassionate and friendly. I go there for bilateral knee shots, which however, is not a surgical procedure. It is just one injection in each knee lately. Multi care has been charging me a surgical facility fee over and above my procedure with the doctor. This amounts to anywhere from $250-$350 and I think it is unscrupulous.
