I would have given 5 but I have one issue. First, FIVE stars go to the staff as they were exceptionally friendly and professional. The facility was quite nice as well. My issue was the $200.00 USD cost for a 10 panel drug screen. While this may be the new normal cost for employers screening new hires and random screens for existing staff it is excessive in my humble opinion. Again, the staff was awesome.

The staff was extremely helpful and assisted me with getting check in. Not used to all the online / automation process these days.nBoth the nurse and the doctor were professional, considerate and quick to diagnose my illness minimizing my stay there when I wasn't feeling well. Thank you very much!

Been here a couple times since moving to ft polk area and got to say I def love this place when I got it's usually an hour before they close and hardly ever have to deal with a wait there and then the workers are very professional and def seem to really care. They treat the problem unlike most places and get it wrong. I also use the va to pay also do def recommend
