Great experience from the time I walked into the facility. Welcoming atmosphere at the desk, then met with Savannah who was warm and very professional, gathered all my information, took vitals, and made me feel very comfortable. I was then seen by Bridget Gordy NP, and I was extremely impressed. She had reviewed my record and recent symptoms and was prepared to ask questions and discuss the options. She has a way of making you feel like you're the only patient she has - very engaged and focused on my needs and included me in the discussion of next steps. I left feeling informed and confident. Everyone was so very nice from the moment I arrived. The facility was very clean. I had made an appointment online and did the check- in online as well before I got there which made the wait time less. The ladies up front to the nurses to the doctor were all caring and professional. I was very pleased. I also received a call three days later with test results. I highly recommend Tanner Urgent Care in Carrollton.

Cassi was phenomenal! She provided excellent customer service and patient care. I came to Tanner Urgent Care with a request that I knew might be difficult to fulfill. Cassi worked with Work Care to ensure that my testing request was appropriately handled, and she performed the procedure herself. As a patient who is routinely told that I have hard veins to find, Cassi had no issue finding a good vein. She performed my blood draw with no issues, and had me in-and-out in under 5 minutes. Cassi is a hero!!!!

I went in to have blood drawn and shots for a job with Tanner and Angela was absolutely amazing. Iu2019ve had my blood drawn quite a few times and everyone has had to do it at least twice. Angela informed me that my vain is sideways and she got it the first try. I hate needles, so for me she is the Best!! Great experience!!
