Dr Atallah is one of the WORST docu2019s Iu2019ve ever had to deal with. His lack of compassion and understanding of patients needs is unacceptable and he only wants to perform procedures that arenu2019t effective so he gets more money for procedures. I advise everyone to be cautious!

If I had the choice of 0 stars that would be my choice. I was seen by Dr. Maisoon Torfah. She is very cold & did not allow me to express my concerns or ask questions about my condition. She did not discuss my lab results or explain my condition. She immediately suggested surgery, however, she never followed up on my treatment. I had to call the office for a refill of my medication a number of times. The last time I called I was told she needed to see me. I also inquired about changing physicians within the same practice, and the person I spoke to went into a rant about ethics and that the doctor I was interested in seeing, who by the way has excellent ratings/reviews, would not see a colleague's patient. I can understand that he may not be accepting new patients, but the person I spoke to raised her voice in response to my query and went into a condescending rant about ethics which made me very uncomfortable. I hung up and proceeded to find another doctor, at another location. You'd be wise to do the same . . .

Was told, directly by them, that my surgery was approved by my insurance for 528$ out of pocket, which I paid right away, only to be slapped with a bill 5 times that amount 2 months after my surgery. They told me over a dozen times that 528 dollars was all I owed before I was put under and lied to my face. Then after talking with the finance people about possible discounts because they lied to me, they left me in the dark for 2 weeks, no calls or emails or anything, just to send me another 380 dollar bill and tell me that itu2019s my fault and no discount would be applied. Avoid these lying pieces of trash like the plague, go anywhere else if you possibly can, I would think twice if they were the last medical establishment on earth. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Criminals.

The gal working the check in desk in the MRI section the evening of April 8 was so unprofessional. So many snide comments and eye rolls. The kicker was when she yelled across the lobby to a coworker, u201cI DONu2019T WANT TO BE HERE!u201d How inconsiderate to say that loudly in a waiting room of people here for medical concerns. Read the room and have some compassion.

I wish I had asked more questions about costs and such because nothing was relayed to me. I now have to pay $800 for lab tests. I never received any detailed answers or information regarding my tests, and Dr. Thakur kept cutting me off when I was answering questions and explaining my symptoms.Also, he and the assistant seemed very disorganized during my second visit and didnu2019t know what medication they prescribed to me for a bit.. and basically guessed on it, even though my test could have been inconclusive if they had given me the wrong one. Who knows, maybe it was since they didnu2019t seem to know. I recommend going anywhere else but here. I knew I should have stuck to my gut and went somewhere in Bowling Green lol.The billing department was kind, though. Thereu2019s that ud83dude06
