One of the providers at this office is truly exceptional u2014 she listens attentively, makes eye contact, and takes the time to explain things in a way thatu2019s both respectful and easy to understand. I always leave those appointments feeling seen, heard, and cared for.nnUnfortunately, my experiences with another provider at this practice have been the exact opposite. Every time Iu2019ve seen her, Iu2019ve felt dismissed and condescended to. She often interrupts or cuts me off before I can finish explaining my symptoms, then quickly jumps to her own conclusion about whatu2019s going on u2014 even when it doesnu2019t match what Iu2019m actually experiencing. Sheu2019s rolled her eyes at me, questioned the validity of my symptoms, and treated my efforts to understand my own health as if they were a nuisance.nnThe most frustrating part is that Iu2019ve left every appointment with her still full of questions, but too uncomfortable to ask them because of her tone and body language. Instead of feeling supported, Iu2019ve felt like I was wasting her time just by showing up and advocating for myself.nnI wish I could wholeheartedly recommend this practice u2014 and I would if my experience were based solely on the first provider, office staff, and phlebotomist. But because of the repeated negative experiences with the second, I sadly cannot.

Warning, If your insurance covers biometric screening, do not talk to the doctor or they will charge you an office fee.nnThey don't tell you that when they ask you questions during the appointment though.nnI got a bill in the mail and when I called for an explanation, I was advised that I was billed because I spoke to the doctor.nnI learned that if I speak to the doctor, I will be charged an office fee. Even if the doctor asks me a question. Which she did. She asked if I needed a refill on my medicine. My husband is my witness, I told her I don't really need it yet considering I didn't want to be charged for the office visit.nnThe charge was unjust.nEspecially since I mentioned that I didn't want to be charged for the office visit.nnI could understand had it been communicated that I will be charged an office visit fee (for just discussing anything), before asking me if I need a refill onnanything. That would have been the right thing to do.nnBut the fact that I told her I didn't want to be charged for an office visit, should have been enough for her not to ask me about anything else.nnOr at least enough for her to tell me at that point; that I would be charged for anything spoken about.nnI could understand if there was something done about what was discussed. That would make sense to be charged for an office visit.nnI do not feel this is right.n.

ever since the move and losing all of the main doctors, this place has gone down hill. everytime i go in the lights are all off, even in the receptionist area, and it looks like they're closed. they've been nice, rescheduling when work keeps me over and everything, but the new doctor doesn't even hear me out. just prescribes something and doesn't stay long enough, although i'm always waiting over an hour. i'm switching my PCP as soon as i can.
