My experience with TAUC at Town and Country was excellent. The care team is amazing and highly professional. Everyone from registration to examination to support team done a great job. Dr. Schwarzkopf is the best care provider I ever seen in an urgent care facility. She listened carefully and understood my medical case very quickly then she examined me to eliminate the possibility of any other causes. She then provided me with treatment that immediately eliminated my symptoms and allowed me to leave the clinic walking on my feet after arriving on a wheelchair. I suffered from my symptoms for months before going to the TAUC clinic and had seen primary and specialist doctors but was not prescribed or provided with the same care I got from Dr. Schwarzkopf. I am highly indebted to Dr. Schwarzkopf for her professional care.

My experience was amazing. I called and spoke with a receptionist who was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me an appointment right away. The PCT and the provider that saw me listened to my complaints and I was medically treated extremely effectively. I would highly recommend your facility. I have not had such a good experience regarding medical facilities in many years. Thank you for providing exceptional care.

I went into the urgent care after a fall to have everything checked out on Wednesday, midday. I was taken right back to an exam room after paperwork was completed, I was treated quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. With x-rays and a consult with the doctor, I was in and out in just over an hour. Very friendly staff and great service.

I hate leaving this review because the PAu2019s are still top notch but I feel that people should be aware of who is actually providing care. I have loved this location and would rather go here than my primary care most days. However, I had a horrible experience with an EMT attempting to start an IV, after I asked multiple times for someone experienced because I know Iu2019m a hard stick and she had only been an EMT for a couple of months. My request was ignored and after the 3rd attempt, she left the needle and catheter hanging out of my arm, (while blood was running down my arm)as she walked to the other side of the room. That was just the highlight of the bad experience. Iu2019ve had such great experiences here so I decided to try again, and again the team was confused, uninformed, incapable and unprofessional. So I asked this time if there were any nurses employed there anymore. The EMT said no, only EMTu2019s now. I donu2019t know if this was an attempt to save money but I do not believe an EMTu2019s(she did say sometimes a paramedic would come in but seldom) is a replacement for a nursing staff and the level of care provided has taken a huge hit because of it. EMT training is 4 months vs a nurse that is 2-4 yearsu2026please bring back the nursing staff for all our sakes.

TACU Town and Country had taken good care of me and was feeling better before I left with IV Fluids, antiemetic and anti inflammatory administered.nnStaff was very pleasant and careful in their treatment approach.nnOnly improvement I would suggest was it did take a very long time to actually get seen and waiting for the medication to be administered. Could be due to short staffing or number of patients. Otherwise, I recommend this urgent care.
