I went to Urgent Care here in Lake Elsinore, because I've been sick with my Asthma, coughing, feeling weak for 3 and1/2 weeks. When I got there I filled out the info. They needed...I waited a while and then my name was called. The medical assistant who took my vitals was very nice...I then was examined by the physician's assistant she was so sweet she listened to my lungs knew right away what was wrong with me she asked me questions, had another medical assistant who was very kind, set up a nebulizer and give me a breathing treatment, and she gave me a steroid injection...before the physician assistant walked out she looked at me and she told me not to worry that she was going to take care of me and I was going to be all right she said it twice to reassure me she made me cry even more because you don't really get that kind of treatment anywhere you go anymore she's an angel. They treated me so nice there even the girls in the front office were very kind to me. Before I walked out one of the girls told me if you don't get your prescriptions like you're supposed to I'm going to write down the number to our office , you call me and let me know if you have any problems. I want to thank all of you there at urgent Care especially the physician's assistant... I will never forget you, I was so sick, and you made me feel better just with that treatment and you made me feel better just the way you treated me...God bless each and everyone of you... Kind and caring. I was seen within a half hour of arriving and was given treatment quickly. I was in and out in about an hour with a breathing treatment, steroid shot and my prescriptions ready for pick up at my pharmacy. They checked in while I was getting my breathing treatment and gave me water when I started coughing. So relieved to have been treated so well and so quickly.

Came in as walk-in and was seen really quickly. Very courteous and quickly figured out what wrong and ordered meds and I was finished. Took less than 15 minutes. Very pleased with Urgent Care.

I went to urgent care for severe back pain. I received a Toradol injection, thank God. Service was fast, wait time fast. I appreciate this urgent care very much. They are pleasant and do an excellent job.

The staff was wonderful at Total Care med center. They were timely and professional but there are too few lights on in the back office giving the place a run down feel with deserted ambiance. Also, there are too many paper signs up that need to be redone. Either frame the rules and laws or make one bulletin board where all information is posted and available for people to read without covering the windows, doors, walls etc. Again, the staff and service was excellent, only the facilities were a bit unkempt.
