If I could give this practice negative stars, I would. My experience with the owner and doctor of this pediatric practice was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. I arrived with my sick daughter and was left standing at the front for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgment, simply because the doctor was on the phone with his lawyer. When he finally decided to let us in, he rudely told me not to disrupt him and to wait until he was finished with his call. This level of unprofessionalism and complete lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where compassion and attentiveness should be a priority particularly when dealing with sick children. His behavior was dismissive and cold, and it made an already stressful situation even worse. This practice does not deserve the trust of parents or the responsibility of caring for children. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for pediatric care.

Dr. Perry and his staff are awesome! He is very personable and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His office is vibrant and full of art from his travels each with its own story. He offers extra services to help parents of sick kids. We will be back next year or as soon as she coughs.

My children went here for 2 years during the pandemic and some of his ethics were questionable. After the pandemic I moved to a completely different side of town. I have been trying to get him to release the medical forms so my children can be seen at their new physician for the past month. I called today just to be greeted with passive aggressiveness and attitude as if my children doesnu2019t matter anymore because he can no longer collect money off of them. The way he spoke on the phone was completely unnecessary and disheartening. Youu2019re working with CHILDREN. If you donu2019t care at all, find another profession. Because a mother like ME will absolutely do whatu2019s necessary for my children and report you to EVERYONE I can. The unprofessionalism you displayed was completely unwarranted.

*I'm gonna have 2 reviews back to back*I came to Total Care Pediatrics this year, after getting my daughter on my insurance and Dr. Perry was not only recommended from a Moms Facebook Group I'm in cause I moved back to the Austell area, but he has amazing reviews. The entire experience was better than anything I've had, and my daughter is only now 4 but has been to so many doctors, hospitals, and specialist in a short time. This was a few months ago, we got all her shots up to date. Dr. Perry mentioned having 'sick rooms for kids, when parents need to work and how it was in the works, and tbh I'd never heard of ANY pediatric office going above and beyond in this manner!**It wouldnt let me post another review lol but on today 12/21/24 I brought my baby in on a SATURDAY for a sick walk-in visit. there was another family being seen, but from arriving, check in and waiting to be seen, probably 30 minutes. Dr. Perry acknowledged myself and my daughter at the door and made sure we knew he'd be with us shortly. My daughters oxygen was low, she has asthma and now pneumonia and I'd been back and forth to the hospital, trying to get her some help/relief.Dr. Perry listened to her breathing and immediately upped her steroids and got her on a breathing treatment. He created an actual asthma plan of action instead of just giving me another inhaler and telling me to treat her fever w/ OTC meds. And now Kori, my 4 yr old, has been sleep next to me, no coughing, no wheezing, no snoring, no struggling to catch her breath. I'm just grateful for Dr. Perry and his attentiveness and wanting to make sure my baby's asthma is correctly managed, so when she gets sick, it doesn't knock her down like this again. They even have their sick rooms ready now for if your child is sick, can't go to daycare and you have to work! Dr. Perry showed me today, and while I don't hope my baby gets this sick again, the relief I feel knowing she'd be somewhere safe that can care for her is what I need. They have 24/7 camera surveillance and your child gets their routine medicine as needed, like I love this. 100% will be my next child's pediatrician too.
