I have been with Dr Michelle Nguyen for few years since we moved to Lake Nona. Dr Michelle Nguyen is very passionate, knowledgeable and very care about her patients. She has no rush during the visits. Elena nurse has been always helpful to help me check in, arrange referral appointments/ instruction notes given by Dr Michelle Nguyen. Front desk and billing are very clear on your bill with insurance and very helpful to get you in if you donu2019t have an appointment and seek for care asap. So far I am very happy with this clinic. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

We arrived at 10:40 am, and in 10 minutes, they moved us to a room to wait for the doctor. We have been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and no one has come with us. When we arrived, there was only one patient in front of us ud83eudd14nnAWFUL!!!!!!!!, it shouldn't be called an Express clinic. We've been waiting for the doctor's care for more than two and a half hours! It had never been so much with any doctor, a total lack of respect for patients ud83dude21ud83eudd2c. I went out to ask, and they told us that we are the following for more than 30 minutes ago ud83eudd2c. Very frustrating!

We have been part of this clinic for almost 10 years. Their quality of care and customer service is superb! Dr. Nguyen, PAs, and all staff are amazing. Everyone is always friendly, courteous, and professional. We know they care and go out of their way to find a solution to our concern. Yes, sometimes we wait more than other times, but that is just part of them taking care of patients. Even when there have been times that the office is super full, they keep us posted. THANK YOU!

Terrible receptionist. We went today for a check up, the receptionist initially said that she needed certain documents, made us wait for 45 minutes and then once the documents were submitted she said oh wait I need another one since my manager said we need it.nnWhen asked to talk to the manager, the u201c so called manageru201d - ( who was also the nurse who checked our temp and BP) just stood there and shook her head.nnDont know what sort of clinic they run and what screening process they have. There is no set order. Kids are kept at the reception who have no basic standards.nEverytime we visit itu2019s a new different rule! The receptionist at the end did not even apologize for their mistake and had a frown.nThe worst clinic. The only reason why we went there is because itu2019s close to home.

The office was completely empty I was the only person there to see a doctor. They told me it would be over an hour wait before I saw a doctor! I do not recommend this place to anyone, they donu2019t care about you or your health! STAY AWAY!!!!
