I have been going to this office for years and have always thought they were the best. Its a urgent care but they offer the option of being your primary doctor as well. And you never need a appointment to be seen. You just walk in whenever is convenient for you. But this last time I went in I saw someone new, and let's just saw I wasn't impressed. I broke my hand. I had to ask for her to come bk in and explain the home care and pain maintenance for it. Then to find out days later she never sent my file in for a Referral to see the specialist for it. Maybe I might have to look for a new Doctor but I hope not because I really did like them. The wait to be seen is usually never that long. One bad apple in the batch won't make me toss the entire bag out. As long as the other apples don't become rotten as well. It's hard enough to find a good batch

Amazing front desk woman who helped me. I have a hard time in doctors and hospitals due to cpsd. Coming in was hard for me but the lady at the front desk was amazing, super sweet and helpful. The nurse was fine. We didnu2019t talk much but she was nice and respectful. The doctor on the other hand I had issues with. She kept giving me things to do and or try that I had already previously told her I done. She was condescending and rude the whole time she spoke to me. She offered to prescribe me something that she said might help (once again something I told her Iu2019ve tried) I said yes anyways because might as well try again, w hen I got frustrated and overwhelmed I started to cry she practically rolled her eyes at me and left the room, I called my mother (as I just turned 18 this month and I love across the country from her) I was telling her that they werenu2019t taking me seriously and complained about the doctor. The doctor then came in and asked in an extremely rude tone, well do you want to pee in a cup? I just said no Iu2019d like to leave, she just left the room with the door open I assumed she was coming back with paperwork and the prescription she said sheu2019d get but she didnu2019t. Eventually I just left. 0/10 service do not go here

I must admit that the first time I walked in, I was skeptical, mainly due to it being an urgent care facility, but the receptionist, seeing my concern politely explained that they were in fact an urgent care facility but it is also a family medical treatment center as well too. So, I was like, hum, whatever, and kept my appointment.I'm glad I did because the doctor's and nurse practitioners are very attentive to their patients. The whole staff are patient oriented, showing interest in their patients' needs and concerns. I'm glad I didn't leave and kept my appointment . You can call and schedule an appointment anytime, and instead of setting an appointment 30 days out, they are able to get you on the same day or day afterand they do their own lab work as well, which is very convenient and a huge time saver. I recommend Total Medical Care to anyone and everyone who's looking to lose the 30 to 45 day wait just to get in to see a doctor. I'm sick now, and I want to be able to be seen now, not a month after I'm not sick anymore. 5 stars.

This place was great about a year ago. It is going downhill fast. The women running it now are not doing a good job. I was a 5 star review before my last couple visits.EDIT 10/29/24They dropped me and my son for being frustrated during a visit. We both went in looking to get a referral for physical therapy. They said they would need my recent hospital records because we may have broken bones. (Recent car accident) I told them we did not have broken bones, and the hospital confirmed that to us when we were discharged. I showed them our discharge paperwork, and they said it was not enough. So, ok, I signed the medical release forms to allow them to get our hospital scans and x-rays (which could take up to 2 weeks) ... super frustrating because the physical therapy could take weeks to get in even with a referral. So that pits us out a month to 6 weeks to get a p.t. appointment scheduled.Basically they didn't trust us to not have broken bones and were protecting themselves against me and my son signing up for physical therapy (knowing we had broken bones??) in an attempt to sue them? Absolutely absurd. So, yes, I was frustrated and let them know I thought it was ridiculous. But they didn't say anything about my frustrated attitude during the visit. They just sent us letters saying they will no longer see us.Didn't bother to tell us they weren't making an attempt to get the referral for us. Lost another week on that.It is terribly unprofessional here, doctors probably not even in the building, and the nurse staff are a bunch of drama queens.Go elsewhere
