I'm very happy to write this review about how welcomed and efficient the staff at this urgent care was with me. Deft fast attention and less waiting time... I came in due to my allergies; Erica and Sheila were so helpful and nice with me and answer all of my questions and even call me after to make sure I was doing better. The wait wasnu2019t too long. It was nobody in when I walked through the door. Doctors and nurses were friendly. Only reason didnu2019t give the five star cause $50 co-pays kinda high compared to other clinics Iu2019ve been to. Overall, they did a great job and they called check on me . FYI, waiting chairs in the lobby are little bit small and rough.

I was trying to go get checked out but the doors are locked and this is on the door. Looks like they havenu2019t paid their lease. Stay away from this place. Go to nextcare where they are actually open and take care of you. No problems there.

Devin and Eddie are amazing! The wait was minimal, and Eddie truly showed compassion during my visit. I will definitely return in my time of need. The office is clean, and the staff are professional. I had a nice experience. I had an appointment not long after they opened and there were about 3 people ahead of me. I had to wait about an hour or so before being seen which is to be expected at an urgent care facility. However as soon I was called back, I was evaluated and taken care of immediately. The PA I saw was very friendly and down to earth. He made me feel comfortable in his care. All the test they ran came back negative which I expected but my issue remains and I may choose to seek a specialist to evaluate me further as Iu2019ve already seen my PCP for this issue. I wouldu2019ve give 5 stars but Iu2019m only giving 4 because I had to fill out paperwork online and then had to fill out the exact same paperwork when I arrived. I was told that the softy that generates the request for paperwork is not one they use anymore so that was a bit annoying but otherwise a good experience.
