Today we needed an urgent second opinion after a long back and forth with the usual pcp my husband sees. We got in quickly, smoothly and the care was phenomenal to say the least. With a diagnosis of pneumonia and low oxygen the provider was actively making sure my husband was heard, well cared for & treated with patience. We received a few in office treatments to ensure both safety and care was felt from us and the doctor. I cant Express the satisfaction I felt leaving with a new care plan!! Dr. Lewis & her staff were top tier!

I'm a veteran, and they took my VA insurance. Thought I broke my foot, they let me use a wheelchair to come in. NP was very nice, polite, listen to what was wrong. And subscribed what I needed. Staff was excellent as well. Will use again when needed. The wait was not long at all. Had someone b4 me. Ty so much for helping me.

I paid for their membership for a temp fix until my insurance kicks in on Thursday 3-14-24. I set up an appointment, received a confirmation email then arrived at my appointmentu2026 only to discover an empty parking lot and a closed facility. According to Google and they were scheduled to be opened. Called their phone number with no answer. I also called yesterday and today with no answeru2026alluding to the fact that theyu2019re still closed. Now Iu2019ve paid this membership fee and still canu2019t be seen. I will definitely be requesting my money back.nUpdate: I requested my money back and still have not heard back from corporate. Definitely seems like some kind of scam.

I arrived & filled our paperwork quickly. There was only 2 people in the waiting room & they were together because when they called the guy she went in with him. It only took about 15-20 minutes & they called me back. I set in that exam room over an hour. Finally doctor came in, then NP came in & gave me a steroid shot. Doctor said she was also sending a prescription for 5 days of oral steroids. NP came back in & told me I could go. I mentioned the prescription & she said yes ma'am she is calling it in to HEB. After a 30 minute wait I went to HEB & they hadn't received it yet. Went again this morning & they still have nothing. Cannot call clinic until they open again on Tuesday. Next time I will go to Waxahachie.
