Listen I have been to many urgent care locations throughout my life and I have to say by far I have been treated so well here at Total Urgent Care! I have been to this clinic many times and each time is better than the last. The staff is exceptional, knowledgeable, and so down to earth. Developed shingles on Sat. Went into clinic on Sunday. There wasn't a doctor on premises but the young lady took pics of my back, blood pressure, temperature. Then contacted doctor and I spoke to him. He ordered a prescription at my pharmacy which was ready in about 15 minutes. All in all, it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I visited total urgent care with my sick daughter, and I couldn't be more grateful for the care we received. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure my daughter felt comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. The doctors and nurses were thorough in their examination and explained everything clearly, which really put my mind at ease. The facility was clean, and great timing . I truly appreciate the excellent care provided and highly recommend this urgent care center to any parent in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention for their child.location is great and fast.

Complete lack of professionalism and urgent Care services. No x-rays, they don't do stitches.. they will send you somewhere else for a concussion LMFAOnWhat a joke!!!nThe two girls that were at the desk when I walked in were as rude as possible.. told me if I had any problems their services and procedures that I should go elsewhere. So I did.nnReply: I was never loud, nor did I ever call on the phone, so not sure where that's even coming from.

I really like this office. We started using it as our primary care. They have great hours and everyone has been nice and professional however in recent months I have not felt that my husband's many health issues have been getting the attention they need. The current practitioner does not follow up on medication changes and often scripts have not gotten to the pharmacy or have been incorrect dosages which has caused my husband to go without his medication. I wish there was more over site from the doctor himself. He has been great on the few occasions we have seen him.nnAfter talking things out with the practitioner, I realized that she was not totally to blame for the mixups, that the pharmacy was overwhelmed with taking on all the accounts from the closed pharmacies in the area. She listened to my concerns and assured me that she is answering my requests as they come in and welcomed me to call back as needed. She also stated that she is organizing the office to better attend to the regular patients. I was pleased that we were able to work things out and look forward to working with her and this office in the future.
