A few months ago, I had a deeply disappointing experience at this doctoru2019s office that I feel compelled to share. My son was experiencing an asthma attack that initially wasnu2019t severe, so I rushed him to this office seeking immediate medical attention. Unfortunately, the physician on duty failed to thoroughly examine him, leading to a dangerous situation that ultimately required an emergency room visit.nnAs a concerned mother, I could clearly hear my son wheezing and struggling to breathe. Despite this, the physician was dismissive and repeatedly disagreed with my observations. Instead of taking the time to listen and properly assess his condition, the doctor seemed rushed and disinterested.nnAfter being sent home, my sonu2019s condition worsened, and we had to rush to the ER. There, he was immediately put on a breathing treatment. He was also diagnosed with additional issues that triggered the asthma attack in the first place. Had the physician properly examined my son and addressed my concerns, we may have been able to avoid this escalation altogether.nnThis experience was deeply frustrating and unacceptable. No parent should have their instincts dismissed when seeking care for their child. Thorough assessments and attentive care are the bare minimum we should expect from medical professionals. Unfortunately, this doctoru2019s office failed to meet that standard, and I cannot recommend them to others.

I brought my daugthere in because she has a history of Nursemaids Elbow and she was dealing with it today. The Nurse Practitioner on duty was very professional in explaining the she herself didnu2019t feel comfortable with conducting the correction and referred me to the nearest childrenu2019s ER.nnI appreciated the staffs honesty in dealing with this situation and I took their advice. 3hrs later my littler girl was back to normal after Negative X-rays ruling out other problems and the ER DOC resetting the elbow.nnI will be sure to come here first for any other future needs and I appreciate the staffs assistance in my issue.

Amazing staff,nThey have helped my husband and I so many times within the last 2 months with our baby boy. He has been so sick. They were able to order a nebulizer for him, do an x-ray to find out he was heading toward pneumonia... they have just been really great to us. I'm grateful for Tots and Teens Urgent Care.

I brought my son in for a possible hand fracture. The front desk lady Kathy was beyond professional. Her and the team of MAu2019s provided excellent service. The Doctor and Nurse Practitioner were more than knowledgeable for the help needed. This team goes above and beyond the service to provide the necessary care asked for. I recommend taking your child there. I will come back to visit. Thank you!!!

I have brought my child here on two separate occasions. Both times the process was simple and quick. They receptionist is great. The MA that takes you to the back is super nice and caring. We had two different Dru2019s and they were both so sweet and caring. Genuinely explaining the diagnosis and why. Taking the time to listen and answer questions. Theyu2019re truly so caring here, will continue to bring my child here when needed. Thank yu2019all!!
