I went into this Urgent Care to ask questions about my daughteru2019s antibiotic and the lady at the front desk Erica (last name unknown) was very unprofessional and had an attitude towards simple questions. I am an RN and to see people like this in healthcare is disgraceful to our professions. I withheld my desire to reciprocate that attitude because I wanted my daughter to get the best care, but she should find a new career because that was the worst interaction Iu2019ve ever had with someone in a field thatu2019s supposed to help people. Ultimately I left without getting my daughteru2019s sore throat checked out because if thatu2019s who is at the front desk their service was not needed for my daughter. I honestly feel bad giving this UC a 1 star because every other experience has been great and the other lady at the front desk seemed so nice but ERICA was terrible. I read other reviews that talked about disrespectful secretaries and it wasnu2019t hard to tell who they were talking about.

Went in with my boyfriend who was very sick. 102.7 fever, chills, cough, high heart rate, headache, soreness, dizzy, etc. waited over3 hours to get called back. While waiting I was worried so I went up to ask how long, the First Lady was nice and told me she wasnu2019t sure but she will let me know about any updates and I thanked her. An hour or so passed and I went up again thinking I should just go somewhere else because he was getting worse. The Second Lady, who I didnu2019t get her name, was very rude and told me to not come up here again, they are busy, and to sit back down. That he is fine and everyone in here is sick (people are hugging and laughing and talking btw no one is as sick as him), so I talk about going somewhere else with my parents on the phone and she gives me the stank eye. The front desk was terrible and was the worst experience Iu2019ve ever had here. I went up twice because I was worried and scared and was yelled at??? Rude secretaries, makes me not want to go to a tower health facility again.

Would leave zero stars. So on Christmas Eve i busted up my ankle pretty good. Went into an urgent care in Lebanon for X-rays. That urgent care told me if my ankle didnu2019t get better to get it X-rayed again because they were not sure if it was a sprain or broken because of the swelling. They told me the swelling might hide a break. Well i went To the tower health urgent care on state hill road road 1/3/25 to get X-rays and they said oh well sucks to be you we arenu2019t doing anything about it. Tower health sucks

I was to the emergency care department several weeks ago. The waiting area had few people in it, and I was taken in fairly quickly. The personnel were good. But to balance out the up side was the fact that between each test or procedure was the wait. Anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half. No reason was given. No excuses were made. I had to wonder what it would be like on a busy day, or if you were really in physical distress. So, was I taken care of? Yes. Would I want to go through this again? No. It seemed to me to be another part of the broken Healthcare system of the USA.

New to the Wyomissing area, when my husband began to experience intense abdominal pain on a Saturday morning our neighbor suggested I take him to your facility. Boy are we glad we went!nAs we sat waiting on a busy Saturday morning, Lynnu2019s pain increased even more. Once I told the lady at the desk how intense it was he was quickly brought out a wheel chair and moved to an exam room to see the nurse practitioner. After a check of vitals, she touch his area of pain he almost jumped off the table. She immediately said we needed to be transported to Reading Hospital because they could best diagnose and handle the situation.nAfter arriving in the emergency room and being given pain meds, x-rays, and CT scans it was determined he had a very large kidney stone that he would not be able to probably pass. On Sunday morning at 7:30 surgery was performed to set him on the road to recovery! Thank you for the prompt action and seeing that my husband was sent where he could be helped!
