Fantastic service, everyone working there was very kind and compassionate. Didn't have to pay anything with my insurance which was a great surprise. They were very clear about everything that they were doing before they did it which helped calm my nerves. I can't remember everyone's names but (nurse?) Miguel was very funny and kind. Also, the privacy and comfort in the patient room was great. I would definitely go here again when I'm not feeling well.

Thank you, team, for your care and support regarding my health. I had been suffering four times before, and on February 10th, I finally went to the hospital for treatment. The front desk staff, Haris, explained the process of using my college insurance in detail. It took five attempts to enroll and proceed inside.nnI was taken to the emergency room, where they started my treatment by asking questions about my symptoms and past health issues. The emergency doctor, Ravi Kumar Edalur, treated me well. I was kept in the hospital for exactly one day, and I am now feeling better. They referred me to an ENT specialist for further treatment to prevent the issue from recurring.nnToday, while waiting for my friend at the front desk, I had several questions, and Irshad spoke to me very well. He was patient in explaining everything, which made me very happy. I truly appreciate his help.nnI also want to thank the nurses and the MRI staff. One of the staff members guided me through the CT scan process, which took just five minutes.nnThank you to the entire staff at Coppell ER for your support. When we visited, there were hardly any patients so we received dedicated attention. Doctors were patient and they really took good care of my wife. There were handful of staff, but they were really prompt in getting the tests done as soon as possible. Before we left, they gave us nice breakfast from doordash. Overall, a wonderful experience
