The new office is nice, and most of the time the staff will genuinely hear you out instead of talking over you and assuming you want drugs. But the waiting is getting out of control, hours even with an appointment. Not only that but I had to point out that I was 33wks pregnant, even though it was quite obvious by looking at me and I put it in the notes when I scheduled my appointment.Was given antibiotics that were not considered safe during 3rd trimester. This place used to be so fast and Dr Osborne was the only Dr to hear me out when I had gout, even though I don't drink and my diet is pretty decent. And we did finally get a prescription for my SO for a preventative inhaler for his COPD instead of just another round of steroids, so it's not all bad. Just not what it once was. If you've got time to wait for an urgent care Dr that will actually hear you out, go for it.

I needed a DOT physical. Found Tran Urgent Care and Wellness using the Solv app. Made an appt on the app, walked into their new facility, everyone was friendly. Good experience all around.I plan to start using Tran Urgent Care and Wellness for other needs.Thanks!

This place is a complete joke. For some reason they are the only place in the entire South Sound contracted to do hearing and vision appointments for Optum Serve. I had an appointment for 1 pm and ended up sitting in the waiting room for an hour and in the back for another hour and a half and never even got my hearing checked. At the 2 hour mark I found a nurse and mentioned I needed to pick up my daughter from daycare and I was told I should leave to pick her up and then come back. Excuse me? I waited another half hour and found a nurse yet again only to be told that they thought I left. Which I honestly did do at that point. This place is filthy, unprofessional and you can tell no one has any idea what they are doing. The walls don't go all the way to the ceiling so you can hear people in the next room over and all their private medical happenings. You can also hear the unprofessional staff chit chatting and arguing about what a joke this place is. 0 stars I would not bring a stray dog here for a checkup.

This place truly sucks. Had back to back appointments for my kids, one at 10:10 and one at 10:20. Didn't get seen until 11:50 by a Dr who I swear is high as a kite. She talks slow, takes too long to answer any questions.. as in...she had to stop and think. I just wanna get the hell out of here..been here over 2 hours for a simple fricken appointment. Worst experience ever!!!

If I can give this place zero stars I would but I guess the one star would be for the staff. They were very polite but the doctor doctor Dr. Repka or something like that was very rude. Rushed through my appointment didn't ask me anything of importance and when I did try to give him the answers that I did have, he rolled his eyes. It was very unprofessional. I would never go back there and I would never recommend anybody to go there. You got a better chance of just going to sit in the ER
