I truly thought my marriage was over. We had even set a deadline and agreed to try counseling as a last effort. That decision made all the difference. Derek has helped us reconnect by acting as a translator and teaching us how to truly communicate with one another. He created a space where we could both feel heard and understood. Working through our issues with Derek has absolutely, without a doubt saved my marriage. I highly recommend him to anyone who feels stuck or disconnected.

Bailey has been such a blessing to our family. My husband was in need of a therapist so we asked his doctor for a list of the best therapists she knew. We ended up choosing Bailey and are so happy we did! We knew right away she was amazing. She has helped my husband so much, and I myself have recently started seeing her too and she's already been a huge help. She is passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about those she works with. Can't recommend her enough!

I would normally never leave a poor review, however, for a company that purports to help people itu2019s disappointing to not be helped at all. I wish I had been able to schedule an appointment with this facility. I have an unusual schedule and am not able to call back at all times during the day, so have called when I can. Their own request form asks how weu2019d like to be contacted, and I put e-mail or text due to my work/phone schedule. I was able to get ahold of someone last week where I was able to give all of the information needed. She was going into an appointment so I told her that I would send a copy of the insurance cards. She thanked me profusely and said sheu2019d contact me- which she did saying that she needed EAP info, which I responded with. She then responded that I needed to call to schedule the appointment- I called but got sent to a voicemail that asked me to e-mail or text my information to get an appointment scheduled. I e-mailed her back and told her that I was instructed by the voicemail to send an e-mail. I never got anything back to that e-mail. I called again and got the same voicemail. I called a 3rd time this morning, left a message and sent a text to the number the voicemail suggested a text be sent to and let them know that my schedule was not consistent so thanked them for the opportunity to send a text or email to schedule since they have ALL of my information (names, insurance cards, EAP info, etc.). I just received this back through e-mail: u201cTo schedule all appointments, you will need to call the office, we can be reached at 469-712-5481. Thank you and have a wonderful day.u201d Itu2019s extremely frustrating when someone is needing immediate help and cannot get help- even with me complying with the way that they are requesting.

I can't thank Natalie enough for the support, guidance, and insight sheu2019s provided during one of the most difficult times in my life. She doesnu2019t just listenu2014she offers thoughtful and practical feedback that has helped me navigate through life changes with confidence. I felt so comfortable with her from the very first session, she created a safe, nonjudgmental space for me to open up. She is easy to talk to & connect with, and when something has been weighing on me and stressing me out, I always leave the session feeling a sense of levity like u201cIu2019ve got thisu201d. She helped me find confidence in myself I needed to make tough decisions with strength and clarity, and helping me find the way through hard things. If you are looking for a direct, engaging and skilled therapist who truly listens and helps you work towards the best version of yourself, I highly recommend Natalie.

For this practice to be in the business of trauma handling, I donu2019t feel theyu2019ve done a great job of ensuring they handle their trauma victims who suffer deep emotional/mental wounds with care. I was forced to enter card information on file for services that was being paid through my employer. I want to know when Iu2019m being charged and how much before a business decides for me what they want to take out of my account. Apparently my services were no longer employer played, which was fine but I wasnu2019t notified when theyu2019d attempt to start charging my card. Well, because my card that was locked the payment didnu2019t go through. I was notified at 4:15 from a number NOT saved in my phone that it didnu2019t go through. My therapist calls me at 6:10, which is AFTER closing hours and 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me to call the office and handle the payment. Iu2019m suffering trauma so of course this was HEAVILY triggering with me now thinking that my therapist did that on purpose to not have to meet with me. The manager called me back but this entire experience left a bad impression. I havenu2019t even tried to look for another therapist because Iu2019m genuinely afraid of being left again. Sometimes, money canu2019t be the end all be all. That really set me back for $25 ud83eudd7a and it wasnu2019t like I couldnu2019t afford it. I just like to ensure Iu2019m being charged correctly.nnEdited to add: Since this review, I can admit and take accountability. I wasnu2019t in a very good mental state when the above occurred. This office and their staff are very patient and kind.
