A family member needed an air ambulance to get back to the states and REVA was amazing! The flight was coordinated quickly and with great care. Everyone we spoke to was very personable and extremely helpful as the transport was a little complicated, but completed quickly. Multiple family members were contacted and kept updated on the flight from before it started, throughout the flight, and until he was safely at the US hospital. Thank you all for what you did for our family!

This company is exceptional at what they do! From the first phone call to the last email letting us know when my mother in law arrived safely from Aruba, they were on top of it. You can tell they truly love what they do. Their sincerity and compassion was so comforting in such a stressful time. They treat you like family and we cannot thank you enough for all of your help ud83dudc9cud83eudd17ud83eudd79Tammy H.

I canu2019t thank Reva enough for their successful repatriation of my husband from Guadaloupe Island to Miami. He suffered a horrific accident and was in the ICU for 7 days with limited medical care for his numerous fractures and traumatic brain injury in a French Hospital on a remote island in the Caribbean. The moment I saw their team walk in his room in that hospital I called them the A-Team and they gave me a big hug. They were the utmost professional, responsive and caring throughout the entire process and I felt we were safe and well taken care of from the moment they arrived. They kept me as well as the family updated each step of the way and seemed very familiar with navigating all the rules and regulations of what we needed to do get back to the states. Their medical team did a great job of corresponding with the hospital to assure he was stable enough to travel And their expert EMTs provided constant care and attention to facilitate my husband's safety during the flight. Their pilots were experienced and friendly as well as their ambulatory staff. I would not recommend this type of situation for anyone to experience, but in the event you do, you could not be in more capable hands than Team REVA. Thank you Reva for making our journey to recovery possible and your positivity and professionalism in our time of need. ud83dude4cud83cudffcud83dudc95ud83eudd17ud83cudf08

No one wants to be medically evacuated. It is horrifying and frightening and the added level of disrespect and disregard shown from REVA only added to the trauma of the experience. Speaking as the patient who needed to be medevacked, do NOT trust REVA with your money or your life.1. REVA cancelled my medevac 4 times. While they were happy to take the booking and quickly charged my credit card, the next day, hours after the flight was due to land, we called REVA only to find my evacuation had been cancelled due to u201cmechanical issuesu201d with the plane. u201cWeu2019re so sorry we didnu2019t tell you sooneru201d but theyu2019d see me tomorrow, they promised. The next day, REVA cancelled my critical medical evacuation again. And then again. And then, Iu2019m not exaggerating, for a fourth time. REVA willingly gambled with my life without any regard. I had to stay in the BVI hospital for 2 extra days as a critical patient all because of their negligence. This alone should be reason enough not to trust them.2. REVA does not communicate. Do NOT believe them when they say they will call you back - they will not. They refused to call me back after I cried to them on the phone from the hospital asking when help was coming. They refused to call back the hospital in BVI asking when the patient should be prepared for discharge. They refused to call back the ICU doctors at the US hospital asking where the patient they were expecting two days ago was. They refused to call back my distraught parents who were trying to advocate for a sick child in another country. They also do not use public flight tracking tags so you cannot track when the plane is (or isn't, in my case) coming. Big red flag.3. You will have to fight REVA for every dollar they didn't earn. After cancelling my evacuation after they stranded me 4 times, I had to follow-up multiple times with REVA for a refund. Once they finally processed the refund, it was less $970 for credit card fees (!!!!!). Despite them promising this would also be refunded, it was not and I had to dispute through my CC company. For a business that is meant to help people during the worst moments of their life, REVA is a complete and utter failure.

My wife was a patient of yours last week. We were stranded in a small rural Sicilian hospital, suffering from a fractured hip.We (my wife, myself, and our two small children under the age of 3) made it home safely thanks to your extremely professional and efficient services.I want to give our utmost gratitude and thanks for the excellent care we received from your team in getting us home from Sicily, all the way back to Arizona. All of your crew were extremely kind, professional, and really made us feel safe and taken care of. Especially all of the medical crew we interacted directly with (Edith Rodriquez Melendez, John Topper, Robert Fareri) and of course the pilots as well.Thank you for your effort in providing seamless bed to bed transport. If given the reasom again to require air ambulance transport (and hopefully not!) I would certainly recommend REVA Air.
