Very kind people! I always trust Carbon Health for my medical needs, and they always go above and beyond to make sure I feel heard. Both primary and urgent care providers are amazing and so kind. Dr Paula made sure to explain everything in terms I could understand without making me feel stupid, which I really appreciated. Making an appointment is super easy, checking in is never a hassle, and I appreciate being seen so quickly. I always walk in feeling stressed about my medical things but walk out feeling so much more at peace.

I was incredibly impressed by this gem of an urgent care center in the heart of Echo Park! Not only was the check-in process, incredibly efficient, but it was done with a warm welcome.nnI was especially impressed with the clinical staff. That is not to take anything away from the staff who welcomed me and processed me for my appointment. The clinical staff was very thorough. They were also able to take care of an issue that my own GP and staff could not.nnI am feeling better than ever, and I owe it to their caring attitudes, professionalism and overall knowledge.

This places is so slow, parking sucks, not convenient at all. I checked in on time and 1 hour later when they finally called me to do a drug screen they said that my time had expired. All I came here for was a drug screen that took 1 hour to call me. They donu2019t care if itu2019s their fault. This could put peopleu2019s jobs, careers in jeopardy. Go somewhere else please.

I had a severe allergic reaction only a few miles away from this Carbon Health and ran in looking for medical attention, as there was no way I could make it to the ER. The whole team was so attentive and caring as I was barely intelligible. This is not the typical use case for urgent care, but they treated me swiftly, stayed with me until a steroid shot kicked in, prescribed me meds, and let me leave when I was ready. Extremely sweet team of people who care about your well being. Highly recommend.

Love this place. I really donu2019t understand the negative reviews. Everyone there is super professional and nice. The app is so easy to use and eliminates filling out forms and endless questions at the office. Easy to get and appointment and much better than visiting my primary physician. Some people have complaints about billing, but I think that may be their insurance. I have Blue Cross. On both visits I have been billed $30 copayfor a general visit and thatu2019s it. Cheaper than what I would pay for a copay at urgent care or a specialist.
