I've visited here several times over the past 3-4 years and have seen both Dr. Patel (male and female). They're both excellent. This is a great place for immediate, non-emergency careu2014whether it's strep, ear infections, pneumonia, medication issues, or minor stitches. (Mrs) Dr. Patel has also been fantastic with my son and daughter. So great spot for the kids with minor issues.

I went to Advocate Urgent Care in Batavia, Illinois. The person who checked me in was fast and efficient, and I was taken to the back in what I thought was a reasonable time for a busy Friday. The nurse was friendly, fast, and efficient. The doctor showed up in a reasonable time, shared his diagnosis, and said he would send in two prescriptions immediately. He then advised me to go to the pharmacy in half an hour.nI showed up at the pharmacy 45 minutes later, but they only had one prescription. They commented that sometimes itu2019s slow receiving prescriptions from that location and suggested I try back in 45 minutes. I waited another 45 minutes and returned to the window, but they still had not received the second prescription.nI called Advocate, and after a long wait, they realized the doctor had never sent the most important prescription. They could not tell me when it would be done because the nurse or doctor had to send it. I later received notice in the evening that the pharmacy had finally received the prescription, but by then, it was too late for me to pick it up.nIt doesnu2019t seem like a big deal, but it was frustrating to wait two hours in a Walgreens parking lot for the doctor to do what he said he would do.

Being my first time at an urgent care for myself, I was very pleased with how my visit went. I didn't have to wait long to be called for triage or to be seen by a doctor. Dr. Sibbett has a great personality and was able give me a confident diagnosis after the evaluation. He also drew a picture to explain the diagnosis better. He called in the prescriptions promptly, so I was able to pick them up right away. I would definitely go back to this location, if there were a need to. I will also refer my family/friends if they would need to.

Our daughter received excellent care here. The nurse was very nice and in depth with her care. The x-ray technician was also great. The doctor was also very intelligent and thorough.

Best clinic we have been to. Everyone from front desk to nurses to physicians are friendly and professional. We get the medical care we need and are in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
