Dr. Khan is very good and very professional. A particular nurse in the spa side was extremely rude and condescending to me. I booked an appointment and when I showed up, she said I didn't have appointment. I stated she was the one that booked it for me and I wrote down the date. Then she proceeded to say she canceled it without my knowledge, because she said I was rude because I stated that on the phone that I would leave messages to book and they were seldom returned. Dr. Khan did see me that day and I told him how unprofessional she was.

Top of the line service from Dr Khan and his wife and staff! They really made me feel more comfortable than I have ever felt in a doctors office in my 35 years of life! Absolutely would recommend.

Ok , I donu2019t do reviews often but I felt I just had to do this. Iu2019ve been going to this clinic Tri Cities Willow Park for about 5 yrs or so with any emergencies that come my way which for some reason for me they always come my way on weekends. I can honestly say every visit, including the one today has been very pleasant and professional, and quickly in and out. From the receptionist to the nurse and NP Tara, everyone has been great every visit. Hope they will be around for many many more years to come.

Care was fine but the billing side was incompetent. I paid the difference from what my insurance didn't cover and they sent it to collections even though I paid it. It was a small amount and dealing with collections for a bill you paid is ridiculous. Go somewhere else. There are too many options for urgent care to deal with that. A mid-level provider can throw broad spectrum antibiotics at you from anywhere nowadays. You might as well go where the billing is capable. If you havent used telehealth yet try MD Live. Great experience with them and their billing.

Have been going here for one thing or another for about 7 years. Not as efficient as they used to be and thus far I can not get the statements for the two visits to turn into my flex card even though I have specifically gone in person to try to get them. Receptionist must be burnt out as she is not friendly and acts as though you are inconveniencing her for help. Not sure if management has changed but they need to take a look.
