I used to love the staff (the nurses/front desk people) but over the years I've started to really dislike the new hires that at times had attitude for no reason. The staff currently seems to be better now though. There's been so many changes to how everything operates now, like when it came to setting appointments and getting refills. It seems to get more and more difficult as time goes on. My biggest problem is trying to get them to pick up their phone. It's like they're allergic to answering their calls. I have such a hard time getting a hold of them now.nnI don't like going to this location, I much prefer their Cary location. I like their staff, they're so much nicer and I've not had any problems with them.

Very disappointing experience!nnI arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment, completed all the required paperwork, and then the receptionist asked me to call my insurance to confirm my coverage. I explained that the clinic was on my insuranceu2019s list of approved providers, but she insisted.nnTo avoid any issues, I stepped out for a few minutes to get confirmation from my insurance. When I returned, she told me that she had canceled my appointment without even notifying me and that I would have to come back in the afternoon! In the end, I wasted an hour in the waiting room for nothing, and she didnu2019t even apologize.nnA complete lack of professionalism and respect for patients. Very disappointed!

I donu2019t recommend Tricity Family Medicine. I went in for an annual checkup and received my lab reports, but they are charging extra just to explain the results- with no prior notice before the appointment. I have been the U.S. for 8 years, and this is the first time I have encountered a clinic asking for payment just to review routine lab work. I suggest choosing a different clinic.

The office staff at this practice is unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. They hung up on me simply because I held them accountable for failing to send a referral to Raleigh Radiology for over a week. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the practice. Dr. Patel, if you value your patients, replace your staff immediately, or you risk losing them. My respect lies solely with you, but your team is tarnishing your reputation.
