I Love Dr. Rush. He is exceptional.nI actually wanted to give him a rating before he did the surgery. The first time I met him I knew he would definitely be an important part of my recovery. I mean he really does care. His reputation precedes him. In fact there was big recognition of his reputation from the executive aspect of my job. The Human Resource gave beautiful credibility of him that put my assurance afloat before having the surgery done.nIn fact, I know that he went above and beyond when he completed it. I feel pretty safe with a Doctor like that around. I am forever grateful.

The Doctors here are amazing! However, the call center SUCKS!! They must outsource this from another country. You can't even understand them. It's terrible. I won't lower the review stars because the actual staff at the location is great. They need to fix the call center. It's frustrating!!

Workers are difficult if not impossible to deal with rude on the phone and rude When asking for help. Their employees are like talking to a brick wall. You can tell them something and they will repeat back to you contradictory statements, you can tell them, this is the way it is. They will repeat back to you that you said something different. Honestly, it's not worth going through what they put you through for their services. I would go somewhere else and you should too

Dr Danner is a terrible doctor with a history of negligence and incredibly poor bedside manner. Tri Valley Orthopedic not a top 5 option for any orthopedic problems unless you just want your time wasted and money spent.
