The ladies here were so kind and helpful. Never made to feel like an inconvenience and so accommodating with my walker even though it can get in the way. You don't think of laughing and having a good time at urgent care but that's what we did. Great experience and though I hope I don't have to use urgent care often would gladly go back here.

This Urgent care is the best we had ever experienced in alamance County, Burlington . They took excellent care of my son and very knowledgeable about his condition. After receiving X-rays they were able to show he had a broken arm. Very professional and knowledgeable. Kind and compassionate Staff and I would recommend you be treated here for any medical problems you may have.

I arrived at 730p, they close at 8 and I was checked in. Now keep in mind I know this urgent care does the BARE MINIMUM (no imaging and i think no labs as well) but them turning 2 patients away after I was checked in is crazy to me especially considering EMTALA. I worked with this company for many years and they're definitely not allowed to do that especially since it was only 7:40p. The NP brought me back, asked my reason for visit, allergies, & wrote me a script all before the nurse came in to take my vitals. No medical history nor meds were reviewed. As I sit writing this at 8:05pm the staff has walked out and left out, all before I could pull off. Do better

Everyone was so kind and nice. Made me feel at ease and both the nurse and PA were easy to talk to. I will definitely be back. My appt was at 12 and I was walking out by 12:40. Quick and to the point.

I love the urgent care at Cone Health. She goes over and beyond to make my grandsons feel comfortable. They donu2019t have any problems going because of the fact that they are comfortable going there. I just have to hope that she stays there. Thank you so very much for the extra care we receive when we need care.
