If I could give no starts I would! This place is dirty urine cup in the window of the waiting room and a water bottle full of eaten sunflower seeds on the floor, apparently understaffed and what feels like no AC in the waiting room. Place looks like it is falling apart. Absolutely the worst clinic I have ever been to. Please find another hospital if you are in need. Wait times regardless of an appointment are a minimum of an hour, came here with an appointment with no one in waiting room and waited an hour and half just to go back and then waited another hour to see the doctor. Whole appointment wasted almost 4 hours. To see a doc for 30seconds and be sent home still unsure what is wrong. On my first visit I even seen a nurse messing with her boyfriend and caught them making out in the elevator. Staff here is unprofessional. I gave them 2 chances and both times not pleased at all. Please do not go here!!!!

This was the most ridiculous experience I've ever encountered. I went in around 9pm for some complications with my chest and legs. There was only 1 truck in the parking lot and I had used the buzzer and waited for whomever worked the front desk. The man looked at my insurance card and said I had a $1000 copay, it was $950 to be exact, and he basically denied me service and told me to go to the ER up the street. I thought we aren't supposed to get denied service for any reasonnAn ER is an ER regardless. I feel like he just didn't want to deal with me or didn't know what to do because he seemed to be the only one on staff. Complete BS!!

this clinic is open on the weekends, as a Truck driver this is the place I'm comfortable with. I feel they are understaffed but regardless Liz is always attentive towards me even though she is always multitasking! The Dr.s here and the rest of the nursing staff are really cool. yes there's along wait to see the Dr but I feel it's worth the wait.

Do NOT go to this place, or use their ER Trinity Emergency Room. If you have an emergency and have a PCP, go to a local hospital if your PCP is unavailable/outside of business hours. It is an uphill battle to try and get any lab results/X-rays. I caution other patients against this place. Patient information is left unattended in the front desk. u201cLizzu201d the medical Records Representative is very rude, disrespectful and downright unprofessional. She wanted to charge $50 to obtain medical records to the patient. Under HIPAA, u201cA provider cannot deny you a copy of your records because you have not paid for the health services you have receivedu201d. Do NOT pay for your medical records, you are entitled to them under the LAW. I WILL be filling a complaint through the HHS Office for Civil Rights if this practice continues to deny records access.

Since Doctor Songbandith, and Wanda Sanchez have been out the place has been understaffed the Trawood office is dirty bathrooms donu2019t lock, and there is never any toilet paper in any of their facilities. The receptionistu2019s never answer the phone this place has definitely gone downhill.
