We were there with a family member. And once we walked in, it was clean and smelled fresh. No one was waiting, so we knew we'd be seen soon. After signing in as a walk-in and registering, we would be see maybe 3 minutes later. They diagnosed well and gave some antibiotics and some other recommendations. I'd come back anytime if I'm ever in that position. Thanks for the great customer service!

The first time I went there, the service was fast! Today, they had me sitting in the examination room for an hour after taking my vitals before seeing the Doctor. There were not even a lot of people there.

I had a great experience at this Facility. The staff was professional, kind, and efficient from start to finish. I was seen quickly, and the doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The facility was clean and well-organized, making the visit smooth and stress-free. I was at this location this afternoon and in all these years going to different MD Now Urgent, I was surprised by the service. Unfortunately I don't know the front desk ladyu2019s name, but I remember she had pink streaks in her hair. She was very kind to everyone.nI saw her using Google Translate to try to communicate with a Latino patient and that shows a lot of empathy. The provider Tricia who attended to me was also wonderful, she was very attentive and explained many things to me.

This is my second visit to this location. Should the need arise, I will use them again. Reception and check-in took maybe five minutes. Waiting time wasn't long at all. It had to be less than ten minutes tops. The physician assistant Stephanie took me back, and I saw Dr. Steven immediately. He took the time to talk to me about my concerns and assisted with a follow-up plan. The entire process was under an hour.
