The Pembroke location is the best urgent care I have ever been to. When I am in Robeson County and need an urgent care this will be my go to. Morgan was very helpful and pleasant on the phone and in person, which was a huge comfort to me, as I had just been in a terrible car accident. The nurse and FNP, Helena, were attentive to my needs and very thorough. I felt cared for and specialu2026not just another number. The facility was clean and when I was turned away from the Lumberton location, I had no problem getting in at this Pembroke location. It was a pleasant experience and visit under terrible circumstances. I will be driving here from now on when in need of urgent care.

My grandson was sick and my daughter took him to this facility. They opened up after lunch at two. It was 215 before anybody acknowledged her sitting in the waiting area. When they did, they told her she had to make an appointment. Now this is an urgent care mind you. Urgent cares from what I understand are supposed to take walk-ins. When she asked to speak to the manager, and for the corporate office number, she was conveniently given an appointment later that day. It shouldnu2019t take someone threatening to go over your head for you to do what you should already be doing.

They picked up phone many times with a hour before closing wouldnu2019t say a word after the first phone call just kept hanging up needed to speak to the nurse or doctor to switch pharmacies so I could get my medications before the weekend but now I have to wait till Monday super upset and mad horrible service very unprofessional and unacceptable!

This location used to be my preferred urgent care. I was turned away because they had no appointments available. Waiting room was empty. Since when is an appointment required?

Literally ANY urgent care besides this one! Came in on a Sunday morning at 8am, currently still waiting to be seen 2 hours later because the provider never showed up! The staff is rude and obviously not a single person that works here actually cares about the patients.
