The nurses here are so friendly and helpful they truly do care about their patients.nHowever, Dr Michelle is absolutely rude. She doesn't even listen to her patients and when you ask her questions she looks at you like you're dumb for asking or gives you attitude in her response. I loved this urgent care due to the nurses here but Dr Michelle makes my visit very disappointing. The walls here are so thin you can hear her down the hall putting down another patient and making fun of her to one of her nurses, very unprofessional as a Dr! ud83dudc4eud83cudffb ud83dudc4eud83cudffb made me super uncomfortable I wanted to get up and leave. I get it, it's winter I'm sure they're super busy now but it's no excuse to act this way towards patients who are in need of care and are paying you. Might be time to retire or find another job that isn't as overwhelming Dr Michelle.

The receptionist is pathetic, rude, and extremely disrespectful and beyond unprofessional. Unfortunately this is what we deal with for care. Happy to know that Iu2019m u201call thatu201d by the receptionistu2026 not sure what that has to do with my child being sick. Definitely no privacy here and make sure to yell so the receptionist and everyone hereu2019s your private information.

I was disappointed with my experience at this place. When we first arrived, we waited for over an hour, and the customer service was horrible, We finally got in, but the staff failed to take my son's vitals and showed extreme disrespect. They had the audacity to say, u201cthey donu2019t think so,u201d regarding my sonu2019s RSV status. I strongly advise against going to this facility.

In the last 3 weeks have visited this urgent care 3 times. Prescription after prescription and still not feeling well. Realizing urgent cares are busy, but they don't take the time to listen and to check thoroughly. Nurses are very nice; however. My 3rd time in I told the PA my right ear felt really clogged and was hoping to get my ear cleaned as I was almost positive it was impacted wax. she disagreed. Said there was a bit of wax but they didn't think it was causing my problem. I did, thankfully, get a referral to an ENT center and I on my own ended up taking OTC allergy med and started noticing an improvement. Not once did they address allergies. Went in to see an ENT and sure enough right ear had lots of impacted wax and thankfully got it cleaned out. Starting to feel much better. Needless to say I don't think I'll be visiting this urgent care facility any longer.
