The medical staff in this emergency department lack basic medical knowledge and skills. They prescribe medications unrelated to the condition in an attempt to treat patients, and their attitude is extremely poor. This is the worst medical facility Iu2019ve ever been to, and I suspect how those positive reviews were even written.

I walk in today and luckily for me they allowed it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Not long after I checked in and sat down I was already brought in, no need to have long time to wait!nnThe nurses Ms Rosa and the doctor Dr Lin are so nice and I could tell they were really concerned about my sonu2019s health and would make sure that he got the best treatment that he needed.

I get off work today and my son has a high fever, so we take him to Urgent Care City of Industry. He's complaining that it's too cold. I ask the staff if I can leave him in the car until his number is called. After an hour, they call his name, and I carry him in. One of the staff stops me, removes his own jacket, and gives it to my son. I'm speechless and grateful. Thank you, Mr. Lawrence by the front desk for all you did for my son and all the Good Samaritans out there who are willing to help and care for others before themselves. We appreciate you guys

I have been to this place twice in the last two months. The first time experience was not great. Like other reviewers said, the front desk people were rather rude, the middle age lady nurse was making accusations saying my medical condition was not urgent, and threatened to refuse service, the short asian lady doctor also treated me like I was an ignorant child with an unprofessional attitude and without any explanation on my medical condition. The wait was also like more than an hour. So, that was the first time which was rather bad.nnToday, I went there for the second time. To be honest, I didnu2019t have any expectations let alone high ones. I just want to get there and have my antibiotics proscription and be done with it. Surprisingly, the front desk lady was not rude. The tall young Asian lady nurse was really nice and professional. The young male doctor was very patient and kind. He discussed my condition with me, informed me about my antibiotic medication and some home remedies for my condition. He even apologized for the long wait today. Yes, I waited for 2 hours today. He is probably the nicest doctor there in this location.nnSo today, I am giving this place a 4 stars for my second visit. The Friday team at this location rocks and keep up the good work. Thanks for being kind and patient with your patients. Thanks for the professionalism and respect for your patients.nnFor my first visit, I will not hesitate to give a 1 star because it was really bad.nnPlease stop being rude and impatient with your patients. Be more professional, be kind and respectful and I am sure your patients will treat you the same.

I took my grandfather needing stitches and imaging. They took really great care of us and were extremely friendly and accommodating to boot!nnSpecial shoutout to Rosa and Dr Nguyen for their excellent care. They were both extremely attentive to my grandfatheru2019s needs, empathetic, and kind.nnNot every urgent care center has people as dedicated to good patient care, but AP Urgent Care rose above the rest.nn5/5, thank you so much!!
