This place is very hygienic, well kept, and all the staff has outstanding manners! When I had first came in with a bad mood because I was under the weather, thinking that this was going to be something irritating that needs to be done. It was actually quite pleasant because nobody judged me for coming in with messy hair or pjs on. Yet I was treated like anybody else and even more so better.

Not a place if you have an injury. My husband woke up one morning with a pinched nerve in shoulder w pain shooting down arm creating numbness in fingers. Service was initially decent & he was given some steroids & muscle relaxers and was told to come back in a few days if not better. A week and a half later he returned as pain was still bad and numbness still present. They decided to take a X-ray and was told to call the office later that day for results. X-ray showed nothing so basically that was it. Nothing else was offered for pain or treatment. No injections or additional prescriptions to help, just deal with it basically, something we could have done on our own at home. Got a call the next day from doctor suggesting we find somewhere to have MRI. At this point we were well aware weu2019d need to go elsewhere. People go to urgent care bc they have issues that require immediate help. I donu2019t understand the point of service like this.

I had a great experience at Midwest Express Willowbrook. Cynthia helped me get in earlier for an ultrasound so that I could get results on the same day rather than having to wait a day. She made a complex process easy to navigate by laying out the options, and she was very caring and understanding. All of the staff at this location were friendly and helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Midwest Urgent Care in Willowbrook. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The facility was clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns and provided a thorough explanation of my treatment options. I was in and out much faster than I expected without feeling rushed. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone in need of prompt, high-quality care!
