The receptionist and doctor were both very sweet and kind to me. Removing a skin tag while they had other patients. Thank you for taking care of me even tho I felt really bad. This has been far the best experience/care I have ever had from urgent care. So thank you again. You both deserve 5 stars!

The famotidine worked!!! Oh my god I havenu2019t felt this good in two months. I was in chronic pain with my guts and stomach and Dr. Hall-Potvin was so helpful and informative about what could be happening. She prescribed the famotidine and within 30 minutes of taking it I felt like a million bucks! And it was only 14.09 at CVS without insurance so not bad at all.

Troy Urgent Care at Rochester Rd./waddles took care of a worsening ear problem Impacted my hearing. The treatment was gentle and successful and I was given a further recommendation to further treat my ear problem with an over-the-counter Product. The staff there is friendly and efficient.

Took my son there. He had had a cough for a couple weeks. They told me it was a viral thing and sometimes these things last a while. They did not want to do any testing or listen to me when I suggested that it was something more. The next week we finally got in with his primary and within 2 min he was diagnosed with whooping cough and prescribed antibiotics. Confirmed with basic testing. I would not recommend going here, it was a waste of time and money
