Fantastic experience at the urgent care. I was first impressed by the cleanliness and superb and inviting customer service I received upon arrival at the front desk. The atmosphere was delightful. It continued from the waiting area to my visit with the nurse practitioner and then exceeded with the turnaround in action plans that was laid out for me to be at my best moving forward. My provider did not only see things through but ensured that I was part of my medical plan (which was different than Iu2019ve ever experienced), made sure that I understood the medical terms and provided options for my care plan. She was extremely attentive to my needs. Overall, my experience was pleasant with all staff members- effective, efficient & professional. I'll be returning for future care.

I recently visited the urgent care clinic in Tru-Health and was very impressed with the care I received.nnI had been struggling with a persistent cough and was in need of some quick relief. The staff at the clinic were all extremely friendly and helpful, and they were able to see me right away without making me wait too long.nnThe nurse who treated me was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. They gave me some helpful tips for managing my cough at home.nnI left feeling much better and grateful for the efficient and professional care I received.

Tried to have my son seen who was having chest pains at 7pm on a Saturday and they were closed. To make matters worse, I called to check hours since the website stated they are open till 8pm and was hung up on. Starting to wonder if all the great reviews are fake.
