This urgent care is the worst clinic I have ever been to. I showed up with my one year sick baby, around 4:15 PM this afternoon and was told to wait. As I was waiting for about 15 minutes they then told me that if the child is not in their system they will not see him, because they are closing at 5:00pm. We still have about 30 minutes before they close and now they have refused to see my baby. I encourage every parent with a sick child to not visit this unprofessional clinic!!!

I am an RN at a nearby community mental health residential program. My client went to this clinic for wrist pain x 1 week after a fall. They did not do an xray, told her to use ice packs, and told her to use a splint - but they did not dispense the splint to her. She received inadequate evaluation and treatment. When I found out I sent her to Tria Orthopedic Urgent Care where she was diagnosed with a broken bone in her hand and given an appropriate brace and follow up plan. Her visit to this Urgent Care was useless. They seem fly by night. Do not recommend.

My experience with TruCare Clinic has been utterly EGREGIOUS. This clinic is extremely negligent and unprofessional in a multitude of ways. I went in for some health concerns and instantly was made extremely uncomfortable by the unprofessional behaviors of the staff (front desk workers on their phones, Front desk staff are looking down at me as I am deaf, color and did not greet me welcome to the clinic! Very shameful!!nThe nurses were very nice, but also seemed rushed. After meeting with the NP student a first time, she told me I could leave without seen the doctor she said the NP will send the prescription .she prescribed an antibiotic without seen an actual doctor or NP I knew nothing about and was told nothing about. I donu2019t know much about specific medications and their side effects, not being a doctor.
