As a first time mom, finding an office that was in network with our insurance as well as a place I could trust was so scary. A friend of mine recommended True Connections & Iu2019m so glad she did. Iu2019ve seen Brittany Craig 3 times and each time weu2019ve had such a good experience. Sheu2019s caring, kind, gentle, and compassionate. She answers all my crazy first time mom questions with ease and reassures me each time. I truly think she goes above & beyond with each patient.I even messaged her on the patient portal after hours because I had a concern about my sonu2019s umbilical cord and she responded within 30 minutes to my question. I am so thankful for this office & for Brittany! The front desk staff is also very welcoming & helpful too. Thank you Brittany for providing compassionate, patient centered care. You have no idea how much youu2019ve already impacted our family!

I had such a positive experience at this pediatric office and Iu2019m so glad we found it! The office was clean, and even though it was busy, we were seen within 25 minutes of our appointment time, which was a huge plus.What really stood out to me, though, was how everyone in the room took the time to wash their hands thoroughlyu2014it's clear they really prioritize hygiene, which gave me peace of mind especially in sick season. Brittany even cleaned her stethoscope prior to auscultating our baby. I also loved that most of the exam was done while I was holding my baby; it made the whole visit feel much more relaxed and comfortable.We saw Brittany, the PA, and she was amazing. As a first-time mom, I had a lot of questions, and she was so kind and patient with me. She took her time explaining everything in detail and never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. I felt really supported throughout the whole visit.Iu2019d highly recommend this office to any parent. The staff is friendly, the care is top-notch, and they really make you feel at ease.

We havenu2019t ever had a problem with this office, or Dr Featherstone! Sheu2019s very informative, listens to my kids, encourages them to ask questions, gives them body autonomy, and works to provide such a safe and comfortable environment for families. Been going to the office for 7 years, all my kids love the office.

not sure where to start but the office made multiple devastating errors in telling me that they are in-network with and accept our insurance plan. I don't even know how much money im going to be billed after 2 dr's visits and 11 SLP specialist visits from their referral. They confirmed their in-network status a total of (3) times via phone and an addit'l (2) confirmations were in-person while they were physically holding my insurance card. BCBS advised me that they just needed the provider's office to re-fill out a form with their updated address and the insurance type bc before they moved locations, they were in-network and accepted my plan type. Each time I made the office aware of what BCBS was asking for, they said multiple times: that's so odd, we are already in-network or we have multiple other patients on this same plan. A lady in the office spent close to 15 min on the phone with my insurance to change the PCP on my card to Elisha Featherston (while I was in the waiting room right in front of her) and she had my insurance card in her hand the entire time. I called to follow up with them today and I asked to speak to someone higher bc things weren't getting addressed. When that lady answered my line she cut me off while I was trying to explain these major issues- staff should know what insurance plans the office is in network with! Instead, she cut me off to say we don't accept your plan and we won't be filling out the form bc it would cost us $5,000 to do that and we aren't interested in doing that. Overall, extremely disappointed in how this was handled and a major life lesson. We pay close to $1,100/mo for health coverage and will be out a major pretty penny based on multiple errors that stemmed from this office.

This place has been nothing but a headache. They have missed multiple vaccines which really upset our daughter (5 years old) plus they continually don't know what the other doctors/techs are doing, have their timing wrong where my wife has had to correct them, and consistently pass blame onto the other ones and do not take ownership. You should not take your child here.
