Letu2019s start with the 1 Star ratings: almost 0 reflect the actual full length *average* experience (average meaning all things considered) that you can Expect to have.nThe staff are exceptional, highly trained, selfless but intelligent, kind people including physicians, PAs, residents in training, famous chefs, and even excellent cleaning services all under one roof (so to speak).nThe facility is like a medium sized apartment complex with a courtyard. You spend your days trying to undo what Western Medicine is unfortunately hell-bent on: getting and keeping you sick to keep the Machine of Healthcare running. Healthy people arenu2019t profitable. They donu2019t spend $ on medications and surgery. Instead they come here.nSo if youu2019re serious, and have a plan to turn your life around and actually get healthy, this place will facilitate your journey. Come with an open mind and with determination. You wonu2019t regret it.

If youu2019re serious about resetting your health at the deepest level, TrueNorth is a rare and remarkable place.nTheir expertise in water-only fasting is grounded in years of clinical experience and real-world results. That is why am planning to take both of my parents (85 and 75 yo.)nnTrueNorth isnu2019t about trends or quick fixes... ...nitu2019s about creating the right conditions for your body to heal itself. The facility is calm, well-organized, and designed to support deep rest and recovery. From now on I will water-only fast for 7 to 10 days at least once a year. And shorter fasts sparingly during the year.

So reasonably priced that I come here to regain my health annually by eating plant based food, juicing, broth or water fasting. Elite doctors find solutions for aches both physically and emotionally. Recovered my health. Best place in the world for water and juice fasting. Amazing staff: doctors, nurses, kitchen, and housekeepers! I was there during the deck construction in April of 2024. I plan to come back every year with the friends I made! And Santa Rosa and the neighborhood is gorgeous!
