The receptionist at the front desk, smiled and was reassuring in just a few minutes, putting me at ease. Les Mershon, PA, took time to study my unique situation, checking on options and different treatments. He was thorough and I was very impressed and comfortable with him. Everyone was quick and efficient and treated me very well. I would definitely come here again.

Immensely clean facility! Plenty of parking! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was incredibly prompt. My physician took the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns. Excellent front office staff.nCarrying, and knowledgeable in assisting with processing our out of state insurance instead of paying out of pocket for our urgent care visits.nnThey have a great system with the high volume of patients. We were able to check in pay our co pay and instead of waiting in the waiting room for 3 hours, they told us they would call us when we were about to be seen.nSo we went home, I was able to continue working, and when they called, we only ended up waiting less than an hour.nnOur P.A. Was very attentive and a good communicator. Great at what she does!nnThe Practitioner, John was great. He listened to our issues, checked them out, was thorough, addressed our issues and off we went.nMy husband had a chest X-ray done in house, and with in 40 mins he received a call back confirming the results of the images.nnAll in All for husband and wife being sick for Christmas and having to visit an Urgent Care , it was an excellent experience!nnThank you TrueCare
