Scheduling was easy. Got an appointment within a few hours of scheduling. Check-in was easy online. Staff was friendly. Care was mediocre. Based on my reason for visit, they recommended X-ray, which they knew in advance would not show kidney stones nor gallbladder issues. Proceeded any way and then shared the X-ray quality was not good, so recommended me see primary care or emergency room. Appointment was at 12:02 and was seen at 1:00, was in the clinic until after 2:00.

My Son, who is 20 didnu2019t feel good so I brought him here. We were treated like we were really appreciated. Everyone was very nice. Not only to me but people that were around me. Everyone was professional and knew they had a job to do and did it with a smile. My son was treated to my satisfactory. I will say the wait time is a little long, but thatu2019s to be expected when youu2019re one of the best in the city.

Great experience. Julie was super friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner Heather took her time and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed although the service was fast. There was another nurse Ti who made sure I had all my paperwork filled out. Even the young man that checked me out and took my payment was nice. The whole experience was a 10/10.

We are from out of tow - Fort Myers Florida to be a bit precise and ended up needing to see a foctor. After reading reviews we decided NextCare was the best place to go. We were not disappointed!! Made appointments online for my husband and me - VERY easy to complete. We arrived on time and our joint appointment was within 5 minutes of original time - quite impressive. The front staff were extremely friendly, made for a warm feeling. The medicalstaff were very thorough and took time necessary to answer our questions. Highly Recommend!

Amazing staff! Iu2019d rather go here than any other minor ER/ER. The front desk staff, nurses and providers are all amazing and super sweet. They are always busy but I think because of how nice and thorough. Sometimes there is a wait but I donu2019t mind at all. I always feel cared for and they always have a solution. 10/10
