The lady at the front desk was very nice. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a Good Morning. I signed in without any issues. She was very talkative and attentive ( in a good way). It was not a long wait even though she was working alone at the time and had to complete all the steps of my screening herself. In my opinion, the receptionist only gives attitude when she receives it. SO DON'T BE RUDE!If you know you are headed there for a drug screen, maybe you shouldn't get there and ask her for water. Every testing facility in our area will likely require some kind of a wait, this one is no different.

I showed up here to do a federal drug testing around 12:45. I walked in, and a lady was sitting in a desk behind the receptionistu2019s desk (meaning she could see me). I stood in front of the desk for about 3 minutes, and I was never greeted, so I proceeded to watch the tv while still standing there. She then walked up and held her hand out for my paperwork. I said u201cgood afternoon, how are you?u201d She said, u201cfine.u201d She grabbed my paperwork and started filling out a form on a clipboard, and handed her hand out for my license (while still not saying a word).She told me to fill out the paperwork. I sat down, filled out the one page, and returned to the front desk. She was sitting back at the other desk and just looked at me. I stated u201cI will just sit this clipboard right here.u201d I sat it down and sat down in one of the chairs. She eventually grabbed my paperwork and told me to come to the back.The only reason I am giving three stars is because she started to warm up to me after I walked to the back. She was nicer and communicated more. Thank God, because it is hard to deal with rude people.

no clear communication from them on services requested. They did not do a service and did not communicate to us that the service was not done. They said, well we told your employee but it is not the employee's job or responsibility. It is their responsibility to tell us that the service was not done. At the very least they need to contact DISA and tell them they do not do that service because it is on their protocol.
