Dr. Gupta and his staff were incredibly kind and attentive during my late night visit. The care I received was thorough, reasonably priced, and they made sure I understood everything about my treatment. Highly recommend this clinic!

I am happy to recommend Dr. Gupta and his clinic - my Mom experienced an urgent issue after 9pm, and we were surprised to find a clinic open so late (till 11:45 on this particular Wed)- we drove over from Cumming to avoid the long ER wait at Northside and were so glad we did! Dr. Gupta and his staff were so kind and we had no wait at all. He evaluated and treated her and we were on our way in no time. Their pricing was reasonable and certainly less expensive than an ER visit. Thank you Dr. Gupta for providing this much needed service!

If I had to say something, it would be that the staff here are pretty friendly- Unfortunately, that's about all I can say for this place. Not only was I forced to wait for a long time despite being the only patient in the lobby (which is honestly not a good look for an urgent care facility), they refused to take insurance, asked me to pay before being checked, and charged me $200+ to tell me that everything was normal and that I should just ice my popped blood vessel and refrain from yoga. In their defense, it probably is a half decent diagnosis, but it doesn't feel good to have to pay so much for something I could've easily found online myself. Not the worst experience I've ever had at a doctor, but there's definitely room for improvement, and I will not ever be coming again.

Dr Gupta first presents himself as a kind, caring and empathetic doctor. The First couple of appointments he took his time, answered all my questions and I felt respected and cared for. HOWEVER, as time went on, appointments lasted for 30 seconds, and Dr Gupta seemed rushed and would act irritated if I ask any questionsu2026 $250 each month I would pay, to call in to Dr. Guptau2019s office, just so he could call in my prescription. Every month for almost 3 years. $250! For him to call in a prescription. I feel like such a dummyu2026 So taken advantage of, and he only calls in a 28 day supply, 28 day supply comes out to 13 visits per year, he gets an extra $250 out of my wallet each year because he only prescribes 28 doses of medication for the month. He is a racket, his money hungry, hindsight is 2020, but Iu2019m embarrassed that I paid this much money for a doctor to call in a prescriptionu2026 And then insist I take a drug test, for a substance I admit to takingu2026 If you fail a drug test in his office for marijuana, you have to go to LabCorp and take another test the same day, to file with your insurance, or to pay out-of-pocketu2026 It is a complete racket I wish I would have seen it in the first placeu2026 my new dr. informed me that Dr Gupta had been referring patients to him for three yearsu2026 That means Dr Gupta charged me $250, each month, to call him for a 30 second phone call, and then in turn he called in my prescription each monthu2026 Remember only 28 days though, $250 each month,, and Dr Gupta knew the entire time he could refer me to a doctor for $99 a month. Dr Gupta knew my limited income, Iu2019m a single father, Iu2019m not a rich man, and I explained all this to himu2026 I want to stress this as much as I can. Dr Gupta charged me $250 a month for almost 3 years!!!! when he could have simply referred me to a Dr, and I couldu2019ve been paying $99 a month the entire time. Fast MD 4 U is a scam, Dr Gupta is not a caring person, Sarah however is a great personu2026 And Dr Gupta is mean to her often; as Iu2019ve seen in person, I hate to be rain on a parade, but some things have to be said.
