Things change with time; in the past, I had decent experiences with them, but this last visit surely makes me want to keep it that way. I checked in online (no later than 9am) to be evaluated from being in a car wreck; after waiting for hours, I get xrayed and am directed to my room to see they sat another patient in there, gown and all; why it seemed the women at the desk infront of those room have no clue whats going on? The lady who took my xray then led me to an empty room beside it; no worries, I took my belongings with me anyhow despite being told I could leave them. New room and am immediately given my medication sheet, just got to wait again on that T-shot and I'll be on my way. 2-3 days later I receive a call --just checking in on my wellbeing, without the results of my xrays, saying I should receive a call soon. Well at 3 weeks, I had not receive another call from MedCenter and took it upon myself to reach out to retrieve the results of my xray, just to hear that they were never sent over to the technician to be thoroughly examined and...wait for it, THEY XRAYED THE WRONG AREA. HOW? I noted in the online check in that my main concern was my shoulders and verbally told the nurse, doctor, and technician of my pain down my back and shoulders, and each of them had a comment regarding my car incident... just to be told that the lady only captured images of my trachea? Total waste of time and another layer complication with my medical concerns. Thanks for nothing :)

Worse first visit ever! The only reason I used this place is because they were a provider offered through my company. I was pulled into the vitals room around 4. Move to a physicianwaiting room and 2 hrs later (Closing time!) I asked what was the issue! And low and behold they didn't even know I was there. Flow chart paper work got lost is what I was told! REALLY?

Previously a 5 star review: The staff is always very nice. Checking in online is so convenient and helps shorten the wait time.nEdit: they changed the online check in process and it's awful. If your phone doesn't stay on their check in screen you go to the back of the line. Heaven forbid if somebody calls you or your screen times out or whatever....back of the line you go. Ridiculous.

They are very helpful and I've got no complaints. Sometimes they are busy and the wait may be lengthy but what doctor's office can you not say that about.
