The name has changed but the intake process has not!!!! I usually wait until I leave an establishment before doing a review but I couldnu2019t wait. Iu2019m not sure why every time I come, the staff that is at the intake area are so cold and unwelcoming. Itu2019s such a disservice to an otherwise pleasant visit. The way they treat people makes me feel as if Iu2019m bothering them each time I have had to come. Granted, I know itu2019s my choice to come here; although usually if I come; it always my absolute LAST resort! As someone who has worked with the public for decades now; it simply ticks me off that some people can be so rude and unpleasant in an environment where people come for care.

Avoid this place. Nurse does not pay attention to what is being prescribed and can be harmful and expensive to the patient. I had a nurse to prescribe the wrong medication. After calling the center I was told that I would have to come back in and pay another copay although their records show what I was prescribed doesnt match the condition used to treat it. I'm about to report this to my insurance company because they were paid for a service that they didn't do and then had my insurance paying for a medication that I didn't need.

This urgent care has never cease to amaze me. Once again my visit was quick, professional, quick check in, and sensitive. Doctors had awesome bedside manners. For this reason, I continue to recommend my friends and especially my colleagues to make their plans to visit and see for themselves.
