I came in just as they were closing but they were so nice to still see me. I had a massive migraine and they were able to help me in no time at all. I had originally gone to my insurance emergency room and nothing they did could help. But Xpress urgent care came through for me like a charm. They were truly a Godsend. Thank you.

Needed to come here after work because of an insane ear infection. The staff was very friendly and i didnu2019t have to wait because I was able to make an appt online. The doctor was very caring and helpful. He even called a couple days later for a check up.

The mediocre review is due to the experience I had in the front of the office. I originally called to ask if they accepted my insurance, but I was asked to register online so they could check even after I gave them all of my information. Because I was driving, I told them that I would arrive and do it there. The MA that I spoke with in the front (also on the phone) was so soft spoken that it was actually hard to communicate. It is possible that he was new, but while he confirmed that my insurance was accepted, he refused to use my insurance because he couldnu2019t confirm the claims address. When I showed him that it was on the back of my insurance card (where they always are) he honored my regular co-pay and I was able to get seen by a PA. It honestly seems like a case of staff needing better training, but it was frustrating.

I called the Xpress Urgent Care to check if they could accept Kaiser Permanente HMO insurance. I was very sick with severe coughing. After a few minutes of verification, they told me the office do accept it. I did my online check-in and as soon as I got to the Xpress Urgent care I was being seen by a doctor within 5 minutes. I was so impressed with them. The nicest thing is no long period of waiting to be seen by doctor especially when you were so ill. I highly recommend this office. Staffs were very attentive and friendly.
