I was in & out in an hour. Quiet day on a Tuesday afternoon, PLENTY of parking everywhere. It was worth the few min extra drive to not have to deal with downtown parking. I was seen almost right away, and from walking in, to every nurse/tech/doctor i encountered, I had such a great experience (minus double knee pain!)I was spoken to very kindly, they were very upfront & honest about pricing (was paying out of pocket) I was treated kindly by every staff member, and happy to see a bunch of amazing women running that place!!

Making an u201cappointmentu201d online is quick and easyu2014and it significantly reduces wait time, which is a huge plus when youu2019re not feeling your best. The entire staff is consistently warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make patients feel at ease.A special shoutout to Kelly Thibodeaux, NPu2014she is absolutely wonderful! She has an incredible way of connecting with children, always speaking directly to them in a way that makes them feel seen, heard, and involved in their own care. My son feels comfortable and important every time we see her, which makes all the difference. At the same time, she keeps parents informed and reassured.Prescriptions are always sent in promptly, and follow-up care is smooth and well-coordinated. This place truly stands out for its compassion, efficiency, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

The staff is incredibly sweet and kind, Dr. Thibodeaux is easy going and pleasant, and put my child at ease while being examined (my kid does not respond well to being talked to and touched typically) We have now been twice and wait times are not nearly as bad as other urgent cares . Online check in is great. 10/10
