Was having an issue but I don't have insurance at this time. Called my Primary Care and they DON'T take self-pay (seriously). Called a few Urgent Cares in the area and liked the way Ms. Shanez answered the phone and my questions so I decided to drive further East and go to their office. Had a wonderful intake with MA Justin who explained everything in detail so there would be no surprises. Then saw NP Cheryl Newcomb who took the time to ask my symptoms, whether I had experienced them before, etc. She did a urine culture and prescribed some medication which she took the time to explain what spectrum it treated and why she thought it would be best for what I was experiencing. She also advised me to call with any questions, concerns or changes once I started with the medication. It was very pleasing to receive that type of care as all too often patients are treated like cattle - move 'em in, move 'em out - in order to make the $$$ quota for the day. Would HIGHLY recommend them. They do additional IV services for Wellness with several options, as well. I'll be returning for that soon.

If you are vacationing in the area and need an urgent care I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! Super clean, professional and personal, the team at Two Rivers took excellent care of our son and had us in and out in 30 minutes feeling extremely well cared for. It's worth the drive even from Anna Maria.

The staff is truly processionals. Everyone goes out of the way to make you feel welcomed in your time of need. I think what most impresses me At the end of your visit, your left clearly with a diagnosis and what you need to do, and follow up with.This urgent care is way better than the big hospital urgent cares in our community!

Michelle and Whitney were great. Both were professional yet very friendly and down to earth. They accomplished something that no one else could throughout the years. I have been getting wax cleaned out of one ear every four years since the 1990u2019s but it always had to be dug out cause flushing never worked. Iu2019m from out of town and during my trip my ear plugged up so I was unable to hear. When I went in Michelle said they would flush it out. I told her that she could try but it wonu2019t work cause no one has been able to do it thus far. Well Whitney diligently kept flushing it until finally worked its way out, then Michelle took over and was able to pull it out. I walked out of there a new person. Highly recommend Two Rivers Urgent Care.

Josh and Justin were really nice. This was one of the smoothest running operations I have ever gone to. I was seen in under 10 minutes. Justin was very thorough in his medical assisting questions and Josh was very laid back in his approach. With testing positive for the Flu, there wasn't much anyone could do, but I would go back here again if need be. I think it's worth mentioning I drove past 2 other free standing ERs on my way here and I'm happy I chose this one. They has some nice looking massage chairs that I probably would have taken advantage of if I wasn't so incredibly ill. Thank you Josh and Justin I appreciate the tips and testing.
